Privacy policy
How the app handles learning data on your device, advertising and consent on iPhone and iPad, and support inquiries.
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Provider: Takashi Nakano
Scope
This policy applies to Bayes Dojo for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The section on product and support webpages also covers these product, support, and privacy pages.
Learning data on your device
Lesson calculations and experiments run on your device. No account is required. The app does not send lesson inputs or experiment results to Google for advertising. Settings such as your display language are stored on your device.
About advertising
The iPhone and iPad versions display Google AdMob banner ads. The Mac version does not include an advertising SDK. Lessons and calculations remain available when ads cannot be loaded.
Information used for advertising
For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management, Google SDKs may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash and performance information. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.
Advertising and consent choices
The app requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID. It does not display an App Tracking Transparency prompt. Google’s consent SDK checks consent status and presents a form where required. When applicable, you can revisit your choices through Ad privacy choices in About this app.
External websites and inquiries
External references and websites follow their own policies. Information you provide in an inquiry is used to respond and communicate with you. Contact: nakano.prog@gmail.com
Product and support webpages
The developer does not embed ads, analytics tags, or external fonts in these product, support, and privacy pages. The pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. For hosting-related processing, including IP addresses and access information, see the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Retention and deletion
Support information is kept only as long as needed to respond and resolve related issues, then deleted when no longer needed. Contact the same address to request deletion of information you sent to support. The developer does not store lesson inputs or experiment results on a server. For retention, management, and rights relating to information processed by Google, consult Google’s policies and controls.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the app’s features or data handling change.
