ECG Vector (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information the App handles and how it is processed.

1. Data collected by the developer

The App does not transmit or collect personal information, health information, patient data, usage history, device identifiers, contacts, location, or other user data on servers operated by the developer.

The App has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, third-party crash-analysis SDKs, or tracking technologies. It does not track users for advertising or across third-party apps and websites.

2. Patient and health data

The App displays predefined simplified educational models and typical waveform examples. It has no feature for entering, importing, analyzing, storing, or transmitting a user’s ECG, health record, name, date of birth, or other patient-specific information.

The App does not connect to HealthKit, medical devices, or external sensors. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment decisions, or patient-specific waveform prediction.

3. Preferences stored on the device

If you use Favorites, the App stores identifiers for selected waveform models on your device through Apple’s standard preferences system. These identifiers contain no personal or patient information and are not sent to the developer’s servers.

You can remove favorites in the App. Local app data can be removed by deleting the App or using management options provided by the operating system.

4. In-App Purchases

ECG Vector Pro product information, purchase, payment, transaction verification, and restoration use Apple’s StoreKit and App Store. Apple may process Apple Account information, payment information, purchase history, and related information under Apple’s privacy policy and terms.

The App receives entitlement status and transaction results from StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials through the App.

5. Permissions

The simulation does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, Bluetooth, or HealthKit. Network access may be used by StoreKit for product information, purchase, and restoration, and when you choose to open external support, privacy-policy, or educational-reference links.

The App links to support, this Privacy Policy, and educational references. Once an external site or service is opened, its privacy policy governs the information it handles.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information for security, operation, or other purposes when the site is accessed, under GitHub’s privacy documentation. The App developer has not added independent analytics or advertising to this website.

7. Sharing, retention, and deletion

Because the developer does not collect App user data, the developer does not sell, share, disclose, or retain that data on developer-operated servers. You control favorites and preferences stored on your device. Information processed by Apple or external sites is governed by their respective policies.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for ECG and medical education. Although it includes an educational pediatric waveform example, it does not ask for or collect a child’s personal or health information. Regardless of age, the App does not collect personal data on developer-operated servers.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the App, distribution method, law, or regulations change. Material changes will be announced on this page or by another appropriate method, and the effective date will be updated.
